1) Create web page 

Create web page what type you want to create pdf file, you can use notepad++ or desktop notepad for editing and the save it with webpage category. Remember one thing you have to create only one page, only in one page you have to type all your document. (No use of link tag)
After save it now you have webpage at last you convert it in pdf.

2) Convert webpage to pdf file

Now which webpage you want to convert in pdf open it with Google Chrome then you seen your web page, then press Ctrl+P for print your page. then save it with PDF file.
